Central Heating Care includes an annual service of your heating system plus unlimited callouts. A poorly maintained boiler can not only be inefficient and cost you more money in energy bills but, it can also be a safety risk.  Our gas Central Heating Care helps keep your system, including standard radiators, running safety and efficiently, helping protect you against the inconvenience and cost of a breakdown. 

Central Heating Care £16.50 per month (25% off for the first six months)*

We take the hassle out of maintaining your home's central heating system so you won’t get any nasty or costly surprises.  

For just £16.50 all parts and labour are included and there’s no limit to the number of times you can call us out.

Central Heating Care 50 - £12.25 per month

To cater for all budgets we also have a £50 Central Heating Care option, where you benefit from unlimited call outs, however you pay the first £50 of any repair costs for a reduced monthly amount.

Our promise to you, unlike British Gas, is 365 days of care, 8am – 8pm appointments as standard and a 4 hour booking window for every annual service - including your initial inspection and service.

Central Heating Care is an E.ON Home Energy Services Product which is provided to you by E.ON Energy Solutions Limited (“E.ON”). Your Contract for this product is with E.ON.

I’m looking for a central heating cover or care product. Can I get Central Heating Care if my gas and electricity supplier is not E.ON?

Yes. If you are looking for a central heating cover or care product, you can buy Central Heating Care even if you are not an E.ON gas or electricity customer. If you are a homeowner and your postcode is covered by us, you can benefit from the great central heating protection Central Heating Care can give you.
Can I pay for my Central Heating Care by Direct Debit?
 

Yes you can. All Central Heating Care, Plumbing & Drainage Care and Electrical Care products can be paid by a monthly Direct Debit. Paying by Direct Debit makes central heating maintenance more affordable because your payments are spread over a manageable period.
Will the engineer who carries out the maintenance on my boiler be E.ON trained?

Yes. All engineers will be trained by us to ensure that you get expert help with your central heating system. We want to provide peace of mind that any central heating or boiler maintenance carried out in your home will be done to our high standards.
What appointment slots are available when I book an annual service or initial inspection for my boiler?

We offer appointment slots to fit around your day. You can book a service appointment from 8am-12pm, 10am-2pm, 12pm-4pm, and 4pm- 8pm.
Will my central heating system be protected as soon as I purchase Central Heating Care?

Yes. Your details will be input onto our system as soon as we receive your bank details. This means that your Central Heating Care will start immediately and your boiler will be protected against costly maintenance bills. However if we do the initial inspection and find a fault that means we cannot protect your boiler, your contract will be cancelled and you will be entitled to a refund.
What should I do if the water pressure in my boiler has dropped?

My radiators have gone cold, how can I fix this?

What can I do if my boiler is working but my house is still cold?

You may want to check your central heating programmer is set to turn your heating on at the time of day that you want. You might want to also check the temperature gauge on your thermostat and reset it to a more comfortable setting. What can I do if my boiler shuts down in the middle of winter?

We would advise you to call out an engineer but before you do that you might want to check if your condensate pipe is frozen. This might be the cause of your boiler shutting down and you may be able to defrost it yourself.
