We'll help you meet your legal gas safety obligations by providing a Landlord Gas Safety Record (CP12) for just a one off fee for £50§ for ALL of your gas appliances.
We'll also do an annual service ensuring your boiler is working safely and efficiently. What’s more, you can have multiple properties as part of your contract to give you total peace of mind as a Landlord.
